The ClearPay “Service Pack” is a program that provides two main benefits to a business for only $14.95 per month. The first is free receipt paper rolls. Our support team will ship out free paper rolls to your business each month. Note that this is not an automated supply, so you will need to call in to request your shipment at 800-960-9907 or connect with your account representative. The goal of this program is to provide you with enough paper rolls to last your business for a full month, so if transaction volume at your business requires more than one case, we will accommodate you. Generally, a case of paper should cover up to 1500 transactions per month. As you may know, these days the average case of paper rolls will cost you around $35-$50, so this program pays for itself many times over. Plus, we’ll cover the shipping cost for you.
The second benefit of the Service Pack, is that you will receive free overnight equipment replacement in the event that your system goes down. Please note that the cut off for shipping overnight is 2pm PST. We would need to receive your request prior to this time in order to deliver a replacement the following day. If you are not enrolled in the Service Pack, there are fees associated with ordering replacement equipment. These fees typically start at $65, but can be higher depending on your scenario. When enrolled in the Service Pack, you are eligible to receive 2 free device replacements per year. This gives you extra assurance that you won’t be left without the ability to accept credit cards in the event of an emergency.
If you are enrolled in the Service Pack and would like to opt out, you can call into our support team at 800-960-9907. You will need to sign a form in order to opt out. Please note that if you enroll in Service Pack in order to receive an immediate terminal replacement, you are not able to opt out of the program for 12 months.
