Job Overview:

MONETIZE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS AND SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE PAYMENTS PROCESSING INDUSTRY!

We are seeking a payments professional to join our team to expand our nationwide platform of independent sales channel and assist in driving growth. Responsible for growing a network of prospects to acquire new sales partners and to develop strong relationships with clients to maximize revenue.

  1. Recruit and develop new sales partners (Agents/ISO’s/ISV’s/Strategic Partners)
  2. Sign, activate and grow sales partners. Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling methods.
  3. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.

ClearPay Processing is a 17 year provider of payment processing services on a national level as a registered ISO of Fiserv and Tsys. We maintain a presence in Southern California and Omaha, Nebraska in addition to sales offices nationwide. In this position you will be responsible for driving business growth through prospecting new agents and assisting them in being the most successful partner possible to ClearPay’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry relationships, knowledge of the payments industry (particularly on the Fiserv Platform) in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Attributes of the successful candidate:

  1. Able to quickly learn our programs and products
  2. Have high energy and preferably a background in product sales and/or recruitment
  3. Experience in the payments industry via working with other payment processors or in the card services operations of commercial banking
  4. Articulate with strong phone skills and an orientation toward outreach sales efforts via phone, email, or other marketing opportunities via social media which engage potential clients and promote our brand.
  5. Work closely with ClearPay leadership team to develop and implement new strategies to reach new candidates
  6. 3 years of payments industry experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
